Provision of Management Consultancy Services in Executive leadership Support

The University has recently published its new strategy which sets out the direction and goals for the University's future. It is based on our core purpose, to inspire excellence to achieve the remarkable and build an inclusive world. In order for this to be realised high quality and effective UEB leadership across the change initiatives will ultimately deliver the required transformation and achieve the desired outcomes. These initiatives will stimulate a range of university and departmental level challenges that will test UEB members and their teams and so an independent sounding board for discussing challenges, conflicts and opportunities will assist UEB members through this period more effectively and with more confidence. In addition, the University's Portfolio Office leadership team require support to deliver the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Portfolio Office and how it adds value to the organisation. The consultant will be able to provide expertise as required to support the Portfolio Office in optimising the value it delivers in supporting and enabling the successful execution and governance of the strategy.
