Replacement of water metres, framework agreement

Description

The call for tenders applies to the delivery of services for the replacement and installation of new water meters. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the contract. The value of the procurement is estimated at 7-8000 replacements per year with an option for plumbing work for minor service assignments for water meters. Maximum value, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation, delivery possibilities for the water meter supplier and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered splitting the assignment in accordance with FF §15-3), but has decided that this is not suitable for this agreement. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2023-03-01 until and including 2025-02-28, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
