Lot 1: Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for second hand furniture and fixtures consisting of 3 parts: A: Procurement of second hand furniture with the accompanying services for a value of NOK 100 000 or more. B: Renovation of the municipality's second hand furniture. C: Sale of second hand furniture for the municipality's institutions. Procurements of second hand furniture and fixtures as well as accompanying services for a value below NOK 100 000 will be made via separate framework agreements.
