The British Council is seeking to appoint a Media Buying agency and creative agencies to work across multiple countries within the EU and Wider Europe. This is to support its: Exams and Teaching Centre (TC) business lines & Cultural Engagement Please note that this is a two-lot agreement. Lot 1 is for Media Buying and Lot 2 is framework agreement Creative works. The Contract(s) awarded will be for a duration of 2 years with an option for an extension for up to an additional 2 extensions of one year each.
