Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a single party framework for the provision of Visiting Tenancy Sustainment Support Services in the Dublin Region in two Lots. Lot 1 Provision of a suite of Visiting Support Services to the Dublin Region Homeless Executive (DRHE) for Support to Live Independently (SLI) and Visiting Tenancy Sustainment Service (VTSS) in the Dublin City Council Area and Lot 2 Provision of a suite of Visiting Support Services to the Dublin Region Homeless Executive (DRHE) for Support to Live Independently (SLI) and Visiting Tenancy Sustainment Service (VTSS) in the in the following areas Fingal Co. Co. Area, South Dublin Co. Co. Area and Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown Co. Co. Area. The Contracting Authority proposes to award an initial contract under the framework agreement for the provision of the above services for the DRHE for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) periods of up to twelve months, up to a maximum of 5 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance, ongoing need, and budget availability. Tenderers can apply for one or both Lots. The procedure chosen is a Single Stage Competitive Procedure with Negotiation and is a title III service.
