St Mungo's has awarded its framework for development, property and housing consultancy. Lot 1: Property/Development/Housing Strategy Management consultancy advice relating to Property, Development and Housing. Lot 2: One Stop Shop Provision of all services in Lots 2 to 8 ie Design/Architecture, Property Agents, Planning Consultancy, Project & Contract Management, Surveying and Engineering. Lot 3A: Design/Architecture for New Builds and Refurbishment St Mungo's has awarded its Lot for — feasibility studies, — design — inception to implementation, — renderings and promotional materials, — (potentially) part-time or full-time site representation, — stakeholder engagement. For New Build Properties and Property Refurbishments. Lot 3B: Design/Architectural Services for Residential Property and Offices St Mungo's has awarded its Lot for: — feasibility studies, — design — inception to implementation, — renderings and promotional materials, — (potentially) part-time or full-time site representation, — stakeholder engagement. For Residential Property & Offices. Lot 3C: Design/Architecture — Landscape Architects St Mungo's has awarded its Lot for Landscape Architecture. Lot 4: Property Agents St Mungo's has awarded its Lot to provide Property Agent services, comprising: — feasibility Studies, — negotiation on acquisition and disposal of property (from JCT building/licences and JV's), — asset valuation, — advice on legal and tax issues, including drafting Heads of Terms, — detailed cost analysis, — planning and options appraisals of property use, — managing transactions through to completion. Lot 5: Planning Consultancy St Mungo's has awarded its Lot for Planning Consultancy. Lot 6: Project and Contract Management (including Employers Agent, Clerk of Works, etc.) St Mungo's has awarded its Lot for Project and Contract Management; comprising the following services: Employer's agent services — ensuring a full lifecycle approach is taken to the Project; from inception through to completion. Acting as project manager, cost consultant and contract administrator for major refurbishment and construction contracts. Cost consultant services — providing independent and value-driven advice on full breadth of construction and property costs to ensure Return on Investment. Contract administration services — ensuring a full lifecycle approach is taken to the Project; from inception through to completion. Managing contracts administratively and commercially on behalf of St Mungo’s. Management of CDM and O&M files on behalf of client. Lot 7A (now Lot 7): Surveying services — covering condition surveys, PPM surveys and building surveys. St Mungo's has awarded its Lot for Surveying Services and has combined all Lot 7 Sub-Lots into one Lot. Lot 7B: Rights to Light St Mungo's has not awarded its Lot for Rights to Light. Lot 7C: Party Wall Advice St Mungo's has not awarded its Lot for Party Wall Advice. Lot 7D: Post-Inspection Surveys St Mungo's has not awarded its Lot for Post-Inspection Surveys. Lot 8A: Engineering Services - Structural St Mungo's has awarded its Lot for structural engineering surveys and designing, planning, delivering and overseeing small to medium construction projects. Lot 8B: Building Services Engineering St Mungo's has awarded its Lot for Building Services Engineering, covering the provision of mechanical and electrical engineering services including surveys as required.
