Collection agency services

Description

Kristiansand municipality intends to enter into an agreement with Lindorff AS for administration and collection services related to start-up loans, grants and possibly other current loan portfolio between Kristiansand municipality and Lindorff. This is a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice as we believe that there is only one provider in the market that offers loan administration and debt collection services for start loans and subsidies, to the scope and need that Oslo Municipality requires. The contract is self-financing as the loan administration and debt collection services are mainly paid for by each individual borrower, and has, therefore, no contract value in an ordinary sense. The contract period is 4 years from when the contract is signed. After expiration, the agreement continues for 1 year at a time until it is terminated.
