Description

Gateway Housing Association have appointed an experienced service provide to undertake grounds maintenance and tree works including grass cutting, hedge maintenance, flower and herbaceous bed and boarder maintenance, weed control, specialist tree works, on-going tree maintenance and other related works and services as required by Gateway Housing Association. Services are required at approximately 65 sites within the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Newham. The contract established will run for an initial term of 3 years, extendable for a further term of 2 years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Gateway HA. Procurement for Housing have been appointed by Gateway Housing Association (‘Gateway HA’) to facilitate this tendering exercise. As per Section — II.1.4) Short description.
