Newcastle Higher Community Council (NHCC) invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for a 3-year contract to undertake ground maintenance at the Pheasant Field in Pen-y-Fai, Bridgend. A community green space used for dog walking, sports activities, and village events. This contract is designed to support the Council’s ongoing commitment and stewardship to maintain this popular community asset. Any agreement will be in the form of a contract. You are invited to tender for provision of these services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality grounds maintenance service.
