Insourced imaging scanning services Lot 1: PSR Direct Award. Additional information: This CCN is made in accordance with the legislation detailed in The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. A modification under Reg 13 of the PSR can be made where the full criteria has been met (please seek clarity on the criteria with the Commissioning Team).<br/>This includes the requirement that: -<br/>1) the modification does not render the contract or framework agreement materially different in character, and<br/>2) the cumulative change in the lifetime value of the contract or framework agreement since it was entered into or concluded is—<br/>- below £500,000; or<br/>- less than 25% of the lifetime value of the original contract or framework agreement when it was entered into or concluded.<br/>In the event that the modification exceeds the PSR criteria, a Transparency Notice will be published by the Procurement team within 30 days of modification award.<br/>The
