Technical and Development Support Services for Unit4 ERP Installations in Irish Local Authorities Single Supplier Framework

Description

The appointment of suitably qualified and experienced partners with detailed Unit4 ERP expertise that can work alongside the existing Local Government Management Agency support teams, and its Strategic partners, supporting the business planning objectives. The Technical Services required may involve, but are not limited to: 1. Unit4 ERP Database administration and optimisation 2. On-premise infrastructure upgrades and updates, including SQL Server version upgrades, Windows Server upgrades etc. 3. Installation of underlying Unit4 ERP services such as update packages, Report Engine updates, Reporting, Hotfixes and Experience Packs as required 4. Assistance in the LA side preparation and configuration required for Migration to Unit4 Cloud The Application Services required may involve, but are not limited to: 1. Unit 4 ERP Consultancy 2. Ability to deliver amendments and add-ons to Unit4 ERP as required by the LA sector. 3. Delivery of training on the use of the Unit4 ERP and integrated applications 4. Assisting in the transfer of application-level knowledge/consultancy to the Subject Matter Experts. Note: In-depth knowledge of Local Government-specific operations , such as Loans, Rents, Commercial Rates, Supplier Tax, Miscellaneous Billing, PDC, Recurring Manager, AFS, Budgets, Quarterly Reporting, Costing of Services, Customer Statements, CCR will be required to provide these services.
