This will include a welfare facility and garage, service yard, burial lairs, headstone plinths, paths, roads, car parking, soft landscaping and boundary fencing together with associated drainage and external services. The anticipated contract start date is 1st September 2025 until 3rd July 2026. Thereafter, the 12 months defects liability period will commence.
