Description
North Ayrshire Council requires a contractor to build a new cemetery which will be located in Kilbirnie. This will include a welfare facility and garage, service yard, burial lairs, headstone plinths, paths, roads, car parking, soft landscaping and boundary fencing together with associated drainage and external services. The anticipated contract start date is 1st September 2025 until 3rd July 2026. Thereafter, the 12 months defects liability period will commence. Lot 1: This procurement will be progressed as an open quick quote via PCS-Tender.
