A range of general property services to be drawn down on an instruction by-instruction basis for various projects which might include (not exhaustive): • Property management and associated services; • Agency advice, including leasing, acquisition, disposal and brokers opinion of value; • General strategic and development consultancy advice; • Valuation advice; • Development viability / feasibility work, and financial projections; • Market intelligence reports; • Other advice as required to ensure that contractual obligations arising out of agreements with developers, investors and management operators are adhered to include leases, development agreements, funding and other forms of sale and purchase agreements.
