Description
Mobility Denmark's invitation to tender for a framework agreement concerning taking back and disposing end-of-life vehicles and secretarial services. The aim of the framework agreement is to fulfil the extended producer responsibility obligation under Statutory Order no 1654 of 29 December 2022 (in Danish: Bilskrotbekendtgørelsen) that applies to the members of Mobility Denmark. The tender procedure will be conducted as a voluntary tender procedure which means that the Danish Public Procurement Act does not apply. The tender procedure will be conducted as a negotiated procedure. Anyone who meets the suitability requirements stated in the tender documents can submit a bid.
