Provision of Duty Car Rental Services

Description

FRONTEX is looking to conclude a single framework contract per lot for the provision of professional, high-quality duty car rental services clustered on geographical criteria, providing different categories of cars for operational purposes, as well as for transportation of passengers, as described in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’. Lot 1: Duty Car Rental Services in Balkan Countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia The contractor shall provide duty car rental services to FRONTEX in Balkan countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia, in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’. Lot 2: Duty Car Rental Services in Italy and Malta The contractor shall provide duty car rental services to FRONTEX in Italy and Malta, in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’. Lot 3: Duty Car Rental Services in France, Portugal and Spain (Including Canary Islands) The contractor shall provide duty car rental services to FRONTEX in France, Portugal and Spain (including Canary Islands), in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’. Lot 4: Duty Car Rental Services in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania The contractor shall provide duty car rental services to FRONTEX in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’. Lot 5: Duty Car Rental Services in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg The contractor shall provide duty car rental services to FRONTEX in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’. Lot 6: Duty Car Rental Services in Czechia, Hungary, Moldova, Romania and Slovakia The contractor shall provide duty car rental services to FRONTEX in Czechia, Hungary, Moldova, Romania and Slovakia, in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’. Lot 7: Duty Car Rental Services in Austria, Denmark, Germany, Poland and Switzerland The contractor shall provide duty car rental services to FRONTEX in Austria, Denmark, Germany, Poland and Switzerland, in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’. Lot 8: Duty Car Rental Services in Finland, Norway and Sweden The contractor shall provide duty car rental services to FRONTEX in Finland, Norway and Sweden, in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex II ‘Terms of Reference’.
