Supply of Video and Marketing Toolkit

The Atlantic Ocean Research Alliance Coordination & Support Action (AORA-CSA) at the Marine Institute is responsible for the coordination and communications aspects for the European Commission in the Trilateral Atlantic Ocean Cooperation between Canada, the EU and the USA. We wish to invite tenders for the supply of services to develop a new video, new infographics and a marketing toolkit to communicate the value of investing in the Atlantic Ocean Research agenda, economic value and achievements. The brand identity has been developed for the Trilateral AORA. The video and marketing toolkits must: 1. Establish that the “Atlantic Ocean” as a story is worth investment. 2. Bring the Galway Statement on Atlantic Ocean Cooperation (see Appendix 5) to the attention of decision-makers in policy and funding programmes as an area that has massive potential benefits socially and economically. 3. Audience is European, namely, the European Commission, Member State governments, the European Parliament and public consumption, however, the full weight of the Cooperation being Trilateral must be understood and the existence of the Galway Statement on Atlantic Ocean Cooperation (see appendices). 4. Main core story (80-90%) but customizable to carry different messages on certain themes. The delivery of items 1 – 3 below is required by 30th April 2018.
