Joseph Chamberlain Sixth form College is located in the centre of Birmingham. The College has circa 3 100 students and 250 staff and was rated by OFSTED as Outstanding when it was inspected in November 2017. The College also encompasses provision for adult learners in its Annexe opposite the main building. The main building was a new build approximately 11 years ago. The College has recently been made aware of its successful Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) application. The application was made for a new teaching block due to ‘Over-crowding’. College now wishes to procure a partner company to manage the end to end project, including stage one of a two stage D&B process. The new accommodation is required to be handed over in June 2022.
