Insurance services

Description

The contract is for the provision of general insurance and related services, such as claims handling and loss control services, engineering Inspection service and general programme maintenance and advice, as required by Prospect Community Housing. The Contract is not divided into lots and therefore Bidders are requested to bid for the entire scope of services. The contract will initially run for 3 years (or periods of insurance) commencing 1.10.2016. Prospect has the option to extend the contract at our discretion for a further period of up to 2 years, the anticipated maximum contract award value being equivalent to 3, 4, or 5 times our annual insurance programme cost. The actual maximum contract spend is considered commercially sensitive at this stage. Full details of the award criteria and weightings to be used in stage 2 of this process will be advised to selected bidders within the ITT documentation, but our choice of the Service Provider(s) will be made based on the most economically advantageous Tender.
