Description

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin seeks an established Audience Engagement Software Solution . This MUST be a fully hosted cloud-based solution for audience engagement which will allow Academic and Administrative staff to engage with staff, students or guests with regard to question polls, question and answer type engagements and real-time surveys to evaluate learning, research, and related outcomes. The solution should be able to allow the creation of the above engagements, the editing, the secure storage and produce real-time feedback on responses and relevant reports. The system must be sized for an initial 500 poll creators with the ability to scale to 800 poll creators. The system must facilitate 800 polls annually with capacity to scale to 1000 poll events. Trinity expects an average of 30 participants per poll with an estimated peak of 500 participants per poll.
