Staff Benefits and Reward & Recognition

he City of Doncaster Council’s current contract with Reward Gateway to provide a comprehensive staff benefits and reward & recognition platform expires on the 26th of February 2025. Along with this Reward Gateway also have provision to host benefits from other providers including a cycle to work scheme, a home technology offer from Vivup and financial support from Salary Finance. We are also able to provide local offers to staff from Doncaster based companies. The City of Doncaster Council is keen to continue to provide this function to its staff, which has seen its usage as a stage benefit function double in the last 12 months. This is not something which can be provided in house by City of Doncaster Council.
