Water Coolers

Description

The Water Coolers Contract will cover majority of SCTS estate and its full contract duration will be 4 years (a 2 year initial period with the ability for SCTS to extend for a further 12 months and then another 12 months). This Contract will include Plumbed in Water Coolers, Bottled Water Coolers and Consumables. The Plumbed in Water Coolers will include cold and ambient – free standing, cold and ambient – table top (existing coolers), cold and ambient – table top (any additional), bi-annual sanitisations and filter changes and call out for parts/labour/maintenance. The Bottled Water Coolers will include cold and ambient – free standing, quarterly sanitisations and filter changes and call out for parts/labour/maintenance. Finally, consumables will include 18.9 ltr Water Bottles, Refundable Bottle Deposits and 7oz BIO cups Lot 1: Direct Award through Framework- Scotland Excel Supply, Delivery, Installation and maintenance of Water Coolers and Associated Consumables 20/21. This Contract is for Water Coolers required to provide water across the SCTS Estate. The Water Coolers Contract will cover the entire mainland SCTS estate and its duration will be 4 years (a 2 year contract with the ability for SCTS to extend for a further 12 months and then another 12 months)..
