The Scottish Government has a requirement to place contracts with external service providers for the provision of Secure Accommodation for Placing Children Lot 1: The Scottish Government has a requirement to place contracts with external service providers for the provision of Secure Accommodation for Placing Children. Provision includes: -Accommodate children sentenced to detention by the Court on indictment in secure accommodation -Accommodate children remanded by the Court, where it is considered that they must be detained in secure accommodation -Fund vacant beds until they can be filled.. The period of the contract is 10 months from 01/06/26 - 31/03/27. In the event that the contract exceeds the budget, the Scottish Government will have the discretion to increase the budget.
