Chelmsford City Council on behalf of the SEPP wish to appoint several suitably experienced contractors to a framework contract from which work orders can be called off through: Lot 1 of the framework - undertake ad-hoc contractual maintenance for the signage of on-street prohibitions and restrictions on stopping, waiting, loading and designated parking places.
