Description
The London Borough of Redbridge (the ‘Council’) invites Quotations for the provision of procurement consultancy support for the proposed procurement of its Library and Cultural Services Operator (‘the Contract’) (subject to Cabinet approval June 2026). The services are described in Appendix 1 (‘Specification’). This consultancy contract shall commence in May 2026 and continue up to and including 31 March 2028. However, should the Council decide not to proceed with the launch of an operator procurement, the Council is not obliged to continue with external consultants. Keywords: Libraries, Cultural Services
