ICT operation, the operation of infrastructure

The tender contest applies to ICT operation, the operation of the infrastructure of Ullensvang municipality. This includes operation of 'servers and applications, secure zones' as well as 'security, fire wall and network' The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement. Contract The contracting authority will use the Government's Standard Contract (SSA-L) for this procurement. The completed tender reply with annexes will make up the contract appendices. The provisions of the Norwegian Government’s Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement (SSA-K) will apply as far as they are relevant. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
