Melton Borough Council (hereinafter ‘the Employer’) are seeking to procure the design and construction, and rectification of any defects to various buildings (new and existing) and the associated external works for their project at the Stockyard in Melton Mowbray. The site is situated between Nottingham Road and Scalford Road in Melton Mowbray. The procurement strategy for the project is in two stages, The first is covered by this initial invitation and seeks to identify a Contractor Partner with whom to develop the design, works, costs and other associated delivery requirements during a second stage. The shortlisted Contractors are invited to submit tenders on a two-stage basis for the design and construction in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements.
