KK - Framework Agreement - Construction services, 2nd announcement

Description

Kristiansund municipality will establish a framework agreement for Construction services, including Ground contractor package, Lorries with driver, excavator with and without driver, drilling rig operator, construction plumber and construction workers. A contract will be entered into with 2 contractors for each lot. With regards to major and/or special works, it is to be expected that Kristiansund municipality will make calls for tenders for the individual works. The contract volume/value of the procurement is estimated at NOK 10,000,000 per year, but the maximum is up to NOK 15,000,000 per year excluding VAT. The size of the contract will nevertheless be dependent on municipal funding. In addition to Kristiansund municipality, the Ecclesiastical Joint Council, Frei Administrasjonsbygg AS, Kongens Plass Eiendom AS and Grimstead Stiftelsen. Furthermore, be informed that Kristiansund municipality has some properties in Tingvoll municipality where it may be applicable to perform work.
