St Mungo's intends to obtain best value in energy procurement by establishing a framework agreement for the procurement of Energy. The framework will be divided into 3 lots which are: Lot 1: Half Hourly Electricity; Lot 2: Non Half Hourly Electricity; Lot 3: Gas. Only Energy Suppliers with a valid UK electricity supply licence are eligible to apply to be included in this framework agreement, and individual call-offs will be subject to mini-competitions. Only energy suppliers with a valid UK Gas Licence are eligible to apply to be included in this framework agreement, and individual call-offs will be subject to mini-competitions. Energy brokers with supply licences will not be eligible. Supply of non-1/2-hourly electricity. Supply of gas. The supply of 1/2-hourly electricity.
