Independent Rent Assessor

Description

The Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator (SPCA) is looking to engage a chartered surveyor on an adhoc basis to provide independent evaluations and determine market rents for premises or licenses in the event of disputes. Lot 1: This contract is to cover any need for a rent assessor where a case of dispute regarding the market rent of premises or licences arises and the Pubs Code Adjudicator appoints a rent assessor. The contract will be based on a retainer bases and will only be called upon where the need arises. The cases and volume of work required may fluctuate during the life of the contract. There is no guarantee to the number of cases and therefore the volume of work for the Service Provider.
