Award of Provision of HR and Payroll

Description

From the contract start date, CS will require a secure managed payroll service which must: • manage and make payments of salaries/fees to its employees and board members • make other related payments (such as expenses) • make associated payments to third parties (such as HMRC and pension providers) • produce payslips and relevant reporting From the contract start date, CS will require HR legal support & advice services including, but not limited to: • HR advisory service to provide ad hoc and timely advice to managers and senior leaders in relation to complex employee issues, for example, attendance management, performance, disciplinaries, grievances etc.; • Case handling for complex performance, disciplinary and grievance issues; • Ongoing policy advice in relation to best practice and legislation; • Employment law expertise where required.
