Provision of HR support and project delivery

Zero Waste Scotland requires urgent provision of interim HR consultancy support to ensure organisational continuity due to the departure of both senior staff and significant capacity risks within the People & Support Services Directorate. The organisation is undergoing substantial people‑related activity, including NDPB transition embedding requirements, high volumes of HR strategic and operational activity, and critical workforce planning.  The requirement meets the criteria of urgent operational need to avoid business interruption. Interim HR support is therefore required to maintain compliance, support managers and staff, and ensure continuity of delivery during this period of organisational risk and transition.
