Zero Waste Scotland requires urgent provision of interim HR consultancy support to ensure organisational continuity due to the departure of both senior staff and significant capacity risks within the People & Support Services Directorate. The organisation is undergoing substantial people‑related activity, including NDPB transition embedding requirements, high volumes of HR strategic and operational activity, and critical workforce planning.
