Provision of Onsite Behind-the-Meter Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)

Description

Provision of a private wire (behind-the-meter) Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), under which a third-party solar contractor shall undertake the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of rooftop photovoltaic (PV) systems across suitable buildings at the Walton Hall campus. The contractor will supply generated solar electricity directly to the site at an agreed fixed tariff. The scope of the agreement shall include, completion and management of all Distribution Network Operator (DNO) applications, structural engineering assessments, electrical system assessment, and the securing of all necessary planning permissions and statutory consents.
