Description
Stryn municipality has decided that a new general valuation shall be undertaken of all properties, c.f. the Property Tax Law §8A-3 (2). The municipality has had a property tax on all real estate since 2008. The aim of the procurement is project management, preparing templates and the valuation of properties so that property tax can be issued for 2018 (i.e. before 28.2.2018). The inspection must be completed by 15.11.2017 in order to ensure progress. Tender for valuation services for houses, holiday homes, commercial buildings, energy network and works and use.
