Broxtowe Borough Council is seeking an experienced supplier to design, supply, and install high quality gym equipment across two leisure centres within the Broxtowe district. The scope includes providing a comprehensive range of cardio and resistance equipment, optimised to maximise the functionality and efficiency of the available floor space in each location. One of the leisure centres is already operational, while the second is currently under construction. The appointed supplier will therefore be required to work collaboratively with the Council and project stakeholders to develop detailed equipment specifications, ensuring these inform the placement of power, data, and other service requirements in the new facility. This includes contributing to design discussions to help shape a modern, high performance fitness environment tailored to community needs. In the existing facility, the design will be required to maximise the gym-users journey while working within the constraints of the existing site. Broxtowe Borough Council is conducting pre-market engagement to better understand what's available in the market the welcomes responses from suppliers with expertise in delivering innovative, future proofed fitness solutions and providing seamless installation services across multi site leisure settings. As part of this exercise, we'll be hosting an interactive Webinar briefing session via Microsoft Teams, followed by a detailed supplier questionnaire designed to capture your views, opportunities you see in the market, and any feedback you wish to share.
