Landscape improvements and associated works including new playground at Esplanade Gardens, Rochester. Single contract with no staged delivery The Contract will be for an initial period of 0.5 years with an option to extend for a further period or periods up to a total of 1 years. The maximum contract term will therefore be 1 years. Submissions must be sent electronically via Delta on the Kent Business Portal. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted by the authority unless expressly agreed.
