Diesel fuel

Description

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier for the procurement and delivery of fuel for the agency's vehicles, machines and equipment. VAV has a continual need for fuel for the agency's vehicles, equipment and machines. The need will mostly be bulk deliveries and some procurements at pumps. Fuel from pumps is necessary in order to ensure that the agency's vehicles and machines always have available fuel (diesel, taxfree diesel and petrol). We would like to enter into a contract with 1 supplier who can deliver fossil free fuel for all or parts of the fuel deliveries. In addition the agency also has a need to procure engine oil, windscreen wiper fluid, ADblue, lightbulbs and windscreen wipers. (The detailed specifications are in the tender documentation (Stage II)). The Agency's cars, machines and equipment shall always have available fuel (diesel, duty-free diesel and petrol) in order to conduct the daily works and emergency situations. VAV has a continual need for fuel for the agency's vehicles, equipment and machines. The need will mostly be bulk deliveries and some procurements at pumps. Fuel from pumps is required for ensuring the operation of the agency's vehicles and machines in order to ensure delivery of requested fuel in case the agency's own tank plant fails. VAV shall enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of the entire range of fuel mentioned above. The supplier is requested to deliver fossil fuels for the entire or parts of the fuel delivery. In addition the agency also has a need to procure engine oil, windscreen wiper fluid, AdBlue, hydraulic oil and antifreeze agents.
