Demolition and reconstruction of concrete platform and ground floor slab at the Machinery Yard Vehicular Inspection Pits, Roughan Road, Lifford, County Donegal, F93 RC53

Description

The existing vehicle servicing garage consist of six working bays, with three of the bays equipped with inspection pits accessed via an external ramp to a raised reinforced concrete platform area. This project consists of works to demolish the raised RC platform and the three ground floor bays followed by reconstruction of three reinforced concrete platforms with an extension to one of these to the rear and reconstruction of the three ground floor slab bays, together with new drainage and a refurbishment of part of the existing floor finish and all ancillary works. The works will also involve dismantling and removal of all existing services to these bays including electrical services, compressed air line, grease line and oil lines, with the subsequent renewal of these services.
