The aim of the procurement is to establish a contract that will cover the Bergen Church Council's need for refuse collection services for commercial waste. The procurement concerns all refuse collection services, both periodical emptying and collection, and ordered assignments, for e.g., hire of containers including collection and emptying. The procurement concerns all refuse collection services, both periodical emptying and collection, and ordered assignments, for e.g., hire of containers including collection and emptying. All assignments include the hire of containers, emptying the containers, transport of the waste and costs for treatment of the waste. The procurement is for the collection of approx. 72 locations, mainly cemetaries, churches, and churchyards in Bergen. The contract will be signed with BKF. The following services will be included in the contract: - Preparation of a waste plan for all locations. - Hire of receptacles and containers - Emptying containers, collection of the fractions in accordance with the waste plan for the individual entity - Place receptacles/containers back at the collection site - Transport to approved reception sites for recycling, incineration or final disposal - Weighing the contents of the containers -- Delivery of collection sacks for mixed plastic waste - Delivery of safe packaging for hazardous waste and risk waste, including pricking and cutting, for e.g. Needle tips - Handling of EE waste and special waste inline with the applicable regulations - Treatment of fractions for recycling and final disposal Recording and logging of data about the sorting degree, quantity and type of waste specified in the individual activity as well as periodical reporting of recorded data. - Information and training activities for the contracting authority and it's entities Annual review of statistics with a focus on achieved optimisation of the waste solutions.
