Regent's Park Estate South Feasibility Masterplan

Description

The contract comprises the appointment of an architect-led multidisciplinary consultant team to prepare a feasibility masterplan and associated business case for the regeneration of Regent's Park Estate South. The commission includes the development and assessment of regeneration options, feasibility and capacity testing, masterplanning, stakeholder engagement planning, and business case development to support future housing-led regeneration of the estate. The contract was awarded through a mini-competition under Lot 8 Housing & Mixed Use of the GLA Architecture and Urbanism Framework (GLA 81689), a framework established under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
