Description

Stavanger kommune [Stavanger municipality], hereafter also called the contracting authority, will enter into a framework agreement for signage and foiling services. The agreement shall include external and internal assembly/disassembly of signs and foiling for the contracting authority's buildings and properties, as well as foiling of the municipal vehicles. The contract will include production and delivery of products, assembly/disassembly and foundations as well as repairs/services assignments as needed. Tenderers must have good competence on whether the applicable regulations are universal design and signage of public buildings, as well as requirements concerning labelling of vehicles. The tenderer must be able to contribute with graphic design, consultancy services and inspection. Tenderers must ensure that the contracting authority's visual profile is followed. The visual profile is available here: https://www.stavanger.kommune.no/visuell-profil/visuell-profil/#5763 Installation can in some cases be carried out by the contracting authority's own professional staff, the delivery will then include delivery of products. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. All the contracting authority's entities must be able to use the contract. This will include owned or hired buildings. Examples of larger potential building and construction projects where there may be a need for signage are Skeie school, where the need involves external and internal signs, entrance doors, and various internal foiling. These are only examples of potential assignments in the framework agreement period, and do not imply any obligation for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to include signage in contracts/building and construction assignments that are published as separate tender contest and the contracting authority is therefore not obliged to involve the framework agreement for building and construction contracts.
