Negotiated Contract for the Provision of Interim Care Homes

South Lanarkshire Council have a requirement for an increase of interim placements within care homes to improve the flow of people leaving hospital as the Council experiences pressures of increased requirements of care homes. The award of this contract under the Negotiated Tendering Procedure can be justified under Standing Order 10.4a of the Council’s Standing Orders on Contracts for the following reasons:- (ii) in the opinion of the Executive Director there is only one provider capable of delivering the service to meet the needs of the individual(s) concerned The contract term will be from 04 December 2025 – 04 March 2026. Lot 1: Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition.
