Regent Centre Scaffolding

Description

Christchurch Borough Council owns and operates the Regent Centre through a Board of Trustees and appointed manager. Major structural faults have recently been identified through routine inspections and require urgent repair. As part of the repairs the Council requires a structural scaffold to support the side wall of the auditorium and provide future access for undertaking the remedial works. This contract is to install and maintain the structural scaffold, together with associated site hoarding for the period of contract which is anticipated to last 18 months. This contract also contains provision for the Council to purchase the proposed scaffolding and hoarding. Keywords: Scaffolding, hoarding
