New Footway and buildouts: The existing footway is to be extended, a new footway is to be installed to provide pedestrian facilities between parking areas. Additionally, buildouts and new pedestrian crossing points are to be installed. Installation of new signage and removal of existing signage: Some existing traffic signage is to be removed and new speed limit roundels, directional signage and hazard warning signage is to be installed. ** Road Markings: Some existing road markings are to be removed and new road markings are to be installed. ** Installation of new pedestrian guardrail and road humps: The existing post and bollard cordon adjacent to the terminal building is to be removed and a new pedestrian guardrail is to be installed. Additional bolt-down road humps are to be installed on the approaches to several pedestrian crossing points. Lot 1: CMAL wish to appoint a sole supplier in respect of the traffic management works at Kennacraig Ferry Terminal. This tender is being conducted as a one-stage exercise under CMAL’s Procurement Policy which means there is no short-listing stage and all Tenderers are required to complete both the SPD (Scotland) and Tender Response in one stage
