Description
Kent County Council sought quotations from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the removal and lawful disposal of a significant fly tip located in Kent. The waste volume includes mixed materials. The provider is required to: 1. Remove, load and transport all waste material from the site. 2. Provide all necessary plant, machinery, labour and haulage. 3. Segregate waste as appropriate to maximise recycling and minimise disposal costs. 4. Dispose of all waste at licensed facilities in accordance with all relevant legislation. 5. Provide all required documentation including: o Waste transfer notes o Disposal/recycling certificates o Method statements o Risk assessments 6. Leave the site in a clean, safe and tidy condition upon completion. ## Contract award
