Insurance brokerage services

Description

Stavanger Kommune [Stavanger Municipality], hereafter also called the contracting authority, shall enter into a contract for the procurement of insurance broker services. The objective of this procurement is to achieve optimal insurance solutions for the contracting authority's insurance of persons and general insurances. The provider must be a link between the contracting authority and the insurance companies. Insurance brokers must i.a. be able to contribute to the following assignments: — implementation of tender competitions for insurance contracts, — allocate the insurances, — administer the insurance contracts, — renegotiate the insurance contracts, — needs and market analysis, — assist with insurance cases and provide advice about damage limitations, — general consultancy services, — skills upgrading. The following municipal and inter-municipal companies will have the option to join the contract: — Stavanger Byggdrift KF [Stavanger Building Operations] (insurance of persons), — Stavanger Natur og Idrettsservice KF [Stavanger Nature and Sports Service] (insurance of persons and general insurances), — Sølvberget KF (insurance of persons and general insurances), — Stavanger Parkeringsselskap KF [Stavanger Parking Company] (insurance of persons), — Stavanger Utvikling KF [Stavanger Development] (insurance of persons), — Stavanger Boligbygg KF (insurance of persons and general insurances), — Stavanger Konserthus IKS [Stavanger Concert Hall] (insurance of persons and general insurances), — Multihallen og Storhallen IKS [Multi Hall and Large Hall] (general insurances), — Sørmarka Flerbrukshall IKS [Sørmarka Multi-purpose Hall] (insurance of persons and general insurances). The contracting authority's insurance contracts expire 31.12.2019. New insurance contracts will be placed by the current insurance broker.
