Description
Southend-on-Sea City Council is looking to continue usage of the web-based solution to process and manage the Selective Licencing Scheme applications (currently provided by Metastreet). The solution will enable landlords to submit and pay for licences and manage their own process. The solution will enable officers to undertake a sequential system of licence evaluation and issue.
