Description

Offaly County Council, requires the supply and delivery of a modular building for a new caretakers office, storage unit and public toilets in Lloyd Town Park, Tullamore, County Offaly to replace the existing toilet facilities. The works will consist of: 1. Caretakers Office; 2. Storage Area; 3. Service Area; 4. 1 no. Disability Accessible Toilet; 5. 1 no. Toilet; 6. Supply and Delivery to Site; 7. Supervision of Installation on Site; 8. Commissioning & Certification. The modular building must be self-contained and be easily accessible for both the public using the facilities and for maintenance operations throughout the lifespan of the facility. The building should also conform to the aesthetics and environment of Lloyd Town Park.
