Editorial Services for the EIB

Description

The EIB launches a call for tender (open procedure) to conclude a multi-provider framework agreement (FWA) with multiple service providers specialised in editorial services for the EIB. The new multi-provider framework agreement will cover a full range of editorial services, including content grading and reviewing, developmental editing, copyediting, proofing and content creation. Lot 1: The EIB will select service providers in order to provide the following editorial services: (a) developmental editing, (b) copyediting, (c) proofreading, (d) reviewing and grading. These services must accommodate all EIB technical specifications, including: — the EIB Style Guide, — intended publication word count, — intended target audience, — checking the accuracy and consistency of the content and ensuring internal consistency throughout the work. The Bank’s outputs may be drafted by several authors and by non-native English speakers. Therefore, an important task is to ensure a consistent writing style in English throughout the document.
