Construction work for school buildings

Description

The contest is for a turnkey contract with collaboration for the construction of a new school building with technical rooms in the basement, necessary alterations to the existing school buildings, external playground and communal areas (activity areas), and the establishment P1, P2, P3 and parking by O11, see annex 12 Plan Map A3 Area Plan. In addition, options have been added that must be priced in submitted tenders: • fixed price index regulation, • expansion of the energy plant, • lighting system in the classrooms, • charging points for electric vehicles. See the tender documentation, part 2 for a complete description of the delivery, including the project implementation period, room and function programme, development status and the environment and energy strategy, etc. The procurement value is estimated to be NOK 85 000 000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is non-binding for the contracting authority. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
