Description

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), Public Transport Division (referred to hereafter as the Client) is responsible for the re-imbursement of Concessionary Fares claimed by Transport Providers. the Client requires an Auditor to assure that claims for re-imbursement of Concessionary Fares processed by the Client relate to Operator’s actual costs in providing the appropriate concessionary rates to patrons upon presentation of DFI SmartPass, DFI SmartPasses are used on approved regular stopping services, and that Operators have complied with the Client’s Conditions for payment of re-imbursement of Concessionary Fares.
